During your consulation, we’ll check your medical history and make sure you’re suitable for laser treatment. It’s also a great time for you to get to know your therapist and ask any questions before you book your first session.

Prepare for laser hair removal treatment
Set yourself up for excellent results by following these simple steps:
- Closely shave the area one day prior to your treatment.
- Ensure your skin is free from all product, moisturiser, make-up and fake tan.
- Don’t wax, epilate, tweeze or remove hair from the root using any other hair removal method for at least 6 weeks prior to your first session or throughout the course.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Shaving on the day of your laser hair removal treatment can heighten skin sensitivity and limit the laser strength your therapist can use. If you choose to take pain relief, please avoid ibuprofen, which can also increase sensitivity.
Laser hair removal aftercare
To maximise your results and care for your skin, we recommend the following:
- Avoid heat if possible and don’t apply products for 24 hours or until sensitivity has reduced.
- You may apply aloe vera to help soothe your skin in the first 24-48 hours.
- Please regularly exfoliate
- Avoid waxing and plucking the treated area. You may shave as required
