Going to Ministry of Laser is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I wish I did it sooner. I’ve had five sessions and the results have been amazing. I’m an anxious person and was very nervous about getting this treatment but Fleur puts you at ease and is very professional and knowledgeable. All the staff are friendly and the place is spotless.

Laser hair removal treatment can feel intimidating, and that's true for guys too, but my experience here has only ever been a good one. I've always felt warmly welcomed by Liz and her staff, who are all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

I’ve had a great experience with the Ministry! I’ve done my most of my sessions with Fleur and I’ve felt very well cared for and well informed. It’s a very intimate procedure, and can make you feel quite vulnerable, so having someone who listens to how you’re feeling (or sometimes just notices how your body is reacting) makes a lot of difference! If a certain session is painful, Fleur notices and makes changes to make things easier, and I always feel like I know what’s happening and I’m respected and I’m control. All the staff are really polite and professional, and the facilities are well taken care of. Communication is also really good - it’s easy to book online, and the one time I had to cancel was handled very smoothly. It’s also much cheaper than some other places I looked at! I recommend Ministry of Laser to friends, and I’m happy to do so here too.
I’ve been getting laser hair removal done at Ministry of Laser , and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It’s been working perfectly. Fleur is the person who does my laser treatments and is absolutely amazing. She make you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and she’s very sweet and friendly. Getting lazer hair removal has been one of the best investments I have made for myself in recent years. I happily travel more than an hour for my sessions because I would not trust anyone else to provide the personal and fantastic service that I have received from Liz at MOL. I would not hesitate to recommend her service to anyone looking to try lazer hair removal.

The setting is so warming and inviting. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff are keen to make you feel really welcome as soon as you come through the door.
The treatments are carried out by experienced members of staff who talk you through the treatment plan and they are all so super patient with you, if you're anything like me and have a million questions! The space is spotless and the staff are all immaculate.
My treatment is nearly finishing up and the results are insane! I was plucking every week and have no need to own tweezers or a razor now! I feel super confident after years of being self conscious in respect of hair growth. I've not shaved my legs in six months!!!
